With the introduction of E-Check, rent payments can be made online for free. We can also accept credit and debit cards but for an additional fee. The alternative is to send a check or money order to our office for the monthly rent payment.

We know that the property may experience some level of normal wear and tear over time and that any necessary repairs will be the owner’s responsibility. A tenant is responsible for covering the cost of any required repairs caused by tenant negligence, tenant accident, or improper tenant handling.

If you move out over the weekend, remember to drop off your keys in the key drop box we provide. Please place them in an envelope that is clearly labeled and include your key return form that has been filled out.

To give 30 days’ notice to vacate, you can email us or drop it off directly in our office. Kindly make sure to mention your forwarding address in your response.
